Founded in 1948 by Paul A. Thuet Jr. after he left his position as a claim manager for St. Paul Insurance Companies, the firm evolved in 1976 to Thuet, Lynch and Pugh. It then became Thuet, Lynch, Pugh and Rogosheske, and most recently is Rogosheske, Rogosheske & Atkins, PLLC. Having been in existence for over 70 years, the firm is one of the oldest in Dakota County.
The firm’s main areas of practice are criminal defense, including juvenile matters, plaintiff’s personal injury, as well as certain aspects of estate planning.

Rogosheske, Rogosheske & Atkins, PLLC has been a firm for 72 years in Dakota County. Throughout that time, attorneys who have practiced with us have gone on to prominent roles. We have had 13 judges, 1 governor, 1 Senate Minority Leader, 1 House Minority Leader, and 1 Supreme Court Justice come out of our firm.
