Facts: The Defendant was hunting on the river bottoms of the lower Mississippi wherein the alleged victim indicated that the Defendant had run down the shore and intentionally fired at his boat because the alleged victim was hunting too close to the Defendant. Based on the investigation of physical facts, including surveying and photography, along with the Defendant’s testimony, the jury acquitted the Defendant of all charges.
